During February & March 2018, prior to launching the site, we ran a series of creative workshops in Glasgow. The workshops were designed to celebrate the therapeutic benefits of art as well as to promote discussion around music and mental health. This piece was created by one of the participants, Rebecca Scott.
Rebecca is a keen artist and music fan, so was able to create a strong visual for her chosen lyric by Panic! At The Disco and used the theme throughout a number of pieces.
Rebecca explained her piece… “I listened to Panic! At The Disco growing up and their music is always changing. The lead singer suffers with mental health issues and uses his music bring people together and help them understand”.
Sounds like the perfect choice to us!
